Your school can recoup funds by charging parents for the club
*Whilst the club is free of charge, the school are required to absorb the fees of the difference if the minimum engagement number isn’t reached. This minimum engagement number ranges dependant on the size of school. For a ‘small’ school (210 children or fewer at school) the minimum engagement number is 15. For a ‘large’ school (211 children or more) the minimum engagement number is 20
