  • Unfortunately not, the youngest aged participants that we cater for on our camps are 5 year olds.

  • We ask parents to ensure that when sending their child to an EPC holiday camp they provide a drink (in a refillable bottle), a packed lunch, a snack, warm clothing in case of rainy weather and high factor sun cream across the hot summer months.

On our summer camps it is important that children bring sun cream and are aware of how to apply it as our staff cannot do this for them. Alternatively, if children bring a spray-on sun cream the staff will be able to help them.

We don't have refrigeration food storage so we suggest a lunch box with an ice block or frozen juice to keep the contents cool and please do not pack any items containing nuts as other children may have severe nut allergies.

For our football specific camps parents are encouraged to pack both trainers and moulded football boots along with shin pads for their children and both indoor and outdoor footwear for our multisport camps.

Your child should also bring their activity challenge card with them to each camp day after they have received this on their first camp day with us.

  • Children will not need to bring the following:

Sports equipment – we've got plenty of that!

     Computer games, Phones or iPads

     Money

     Valuable watches/jewellery

  • Yes, all of our Camps venues are fully insured and include public liability and professional indemnity.
