The Essex Select Academy is an invitation only football development programme for U6 – U16’s players

 

Our mission is to create an environment that support’s players to develop and reach their full potential.


The academy's core philosophy centres on delivering a structured training programme, led by experienced coaches, specifically designed for a selected group of players within each age bracket, all recognised for their unique potential.

UNDER 6s

In the U6 age group we recognise the importance of players progressing their fundamental movement skills, ample opportunities to practise with the ball and developing a ‘love for the game’

In the U7s we understand the critical need for players to enhance their foundational movement skills, receive extensive ball practice, and cultivate a genuine enthusiasm for the game.
