1-2-1 FOOTBALL COACHING

Our private 1-2-1 sessions are a full one hour session with just the individual player and a member of the EPC coaching team.
Each individual session focuses on developing the players technical skills by giving them the repetition and contact time with the ball necessary to improve, whilst incorporating tactical, physical and psychological aspects as necessary.
All our sessions are carried out on a 3g astro-turf surface from our base in Colchester and we pride ourselves on offering players the chance to work with the best and most high-tech training aids used in football coaching including, rebound boards, mannequins, goal shots and so much more. Our facility has pitch specific markings & goals relevant for 7v7, 9v9 & 11v11 football which enables us to enhance the realism of our sessions for players.
We help players to become safe aware and to see their mistakes as opportunities to improve and our coaches pride themselves on fostering relationships with players that promotes this belief.
